Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machinery such as CNC lathes, milling machines, and CNC milling machines, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to produce accurate parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge and hand tools.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Operate forklifts when necessary for material handling within the warehouse or production area.
- Assist with welding, assembly, packaging, and other related manufacturing tasks to support production flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of Mozaik CNC software (1yr+)
- Cabinetry design
- Cabinenty project review / verification
- Preparing cabinetry for cutting
- CNC cutting and machine operation
- Very strong attention to detail
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
