About the Role
BroSun Media Consultants is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Media & Account Coordinator to join our team.
This position supports the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns while assisting with media buying, account coordination, campaign management, creative distribution, and administrative support. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Accounts and play a key role in ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organization, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous media experience is considered a strong asset, but we’re also open to candidates with transferable skills, previous office experience, and a genuine interest in building a career in advertising and media.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director of Accounts and provide day-to-day support across client accounts and media campaigns.
- Execute assigned tasks and priorities as directed by the Director of Accounts while supporting the successful delivery of client campaigns.
- Coordinate the day-to-day workflow for multiple client accounts.
- Assist with media planning, media buying, campaign implementation, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate the distribution and trafficking of creative assets to media partners.
- Prepare media schedules, proposals, presentations, reports, and other client materials.
- Liaise with media vendors, clients, and internal team members regarding campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, insertion orders, and media records.
- Assist with campaign reporting, reconciliation, and administrative support.
- Perform quality assurance checks on campaign details and creative materials prior to launch.
- Assist with light creative updates, presentation development, and marketing-related projects as required.
- Stay current on media offerings, advertising trends, and industry developments to support client recommendations and campaign opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with media vendors and industry partners.
- Support additional account management and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Previous office or administrative experience.
- Experience in media, advertising, marketing, account coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying platforms such as WideOrbit, Radius, NLogic, or similar software.
- Experience coordinating creative assets or campaign trafficking.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other creative software.
- Knowledge of television, radio, digital, out-of-home, or print advertising.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
