Operations & Content Coordinator
The Aesthetic Studio is a fast-growing, nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. We're looking for an organized, creative, and proactive individual to become a key part of our team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines content creation, clinic operations, administration, and executive support.

What You'll Do
No two days are the same! Responsibilities may include:
Content & Marketing
- Film treatments and behind-the-scenes content
- Create and post Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content
- Capture photos and videos throughout the clinic
- Post daily stories and engage with our online community
- Assist with planning content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Help prepare materials for promotions and events
Operations
- Monitor and organize clinic inventory
- Assist with supply ordering
- Run occasional local errands for the clinic
- Help prepare the clinic for events and launches
Administrative Support
- Assist with appointment management and filling schedule gaps
- Support day-to-day administrative projects
- Organize digital files and documents
- Assist with newsletters, Shopify updates, Eventbrite events, Canva projects and other business initiatives
- Help keep the owner organized by managing ongoing projects and priorities
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Creative with an eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable using social media platforms
- Confident with technology and willing to learn new software
- Positive, professional and dependable
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excited to grow alongside a small business
Experience
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
- Canva
- Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Photography or videography
- Shopify
- Administrative or executive assistant experience
- Customer service
Previous experience in aesthetics is not required—we're happy to train the right person.
