Summary
We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team in Oyen, Alberta. As a key leader in our store located in Oyen, you will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain product availability.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute store initiatives.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or supervisory roles within the grocery industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work during peak hours as needed.
- Ability to work in an environment standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, walking, standing, bending crouching kneeling.
- College certificate or diploma; additional retail or management training is a plus.
