Crew Member – Deck & Fence Restoration Pay: $19–$22/hour | Full-Time | On the Road
About the Role
Deck Restore+ is hiring crew members for the upcoming season. You'll be hands-on every day — pressure washing, sanding, and staining decks and fences across the Niagara region. No experience required. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in what you build, we'll teach you everything else.
Description of Work
- Pressure washing and preparing deck and fence surfaces
- Sanding by hand and with power equipment
- Applying stain with airless sprayers and back-brushing for a clean finish
- Setting up and protecting job sites (tarps, masking, equipment staging)
- Keeping tools and equipment clean and organized
- Working as part of a small, tight crew to hit daily targets
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Competent individuals who aren't afraid to ask questions or take initiative.
- Reliable — shows up on time and sees the job through
- Team player who takes direction well
- Class G license required
- Experience with tools or outdoor work is a plus
