Position: Sous Chef
Department: The Seasider Bistro + Wine Bar + Patio
Hours Per Week: Full Time
Hourly Rate of Pay: Based on experience

Requirements:
- Ambitious, a true foodie at heart!
- Experience and understanding of different cooking methods
- Well educated in food trends and following current events in the hospitality industry
- Create seamless flow of food out of the kitchen through planning and directing food preparation
- Maintain zero station downtime through attentive awareness of kitchen tools and equipment
- Keep the dollars and cents in check by supporting weekly inventory, labor cost and food cost reporting
- Exceptional culinary skills demonstrated by 3 - 5 years experience working in a commercial kitchen (or related experience); previous leadership experience a must

- Ease in communication, the ability to delegate efficiently and revels in giving and receiving feedback
