Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tool Maintenance and ServiceTechnician for our Whistler Branch to join our construction rental equipment company in Whistler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of construction tools and heavy machinery. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, experience with various power and hand tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The technician will ensure all equipment is in optimal condition, supporting our commitment to providing reliable rental tools to our clients.
Duties
- Clean, repair and test equipment after each rental
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction equipment
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections to identify wear and tear, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address client concerns related to equipment performance.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures, including heavy lifting and heavy equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Good mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience is an asset
- Experience operating power tools and hand tools or willingness to learn
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and organization skills are needed

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
