Romano’s Restaurant & Catering is hiring an experienced Server /Bartender a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires flexibility—some shifts may include serving, and or bartending, or a combination of both.
Weekends Shifts 1-2 shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide full food and beverage service
- Prepare beverages efficiently for guests and servers
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and wine
- Deliver professional, attentive service during busy service
- Maintain a clean, organized bar , Coffees and service area
- Run Drinks when available
- Answer phones and take takeout orders
- Support team members as needed step out onto floor if free
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years Serving/Bartending experience
- Experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and bar service
- specialty coffee preperation
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
Work Conditions
- weekend availability required (1-2 shifts per week)
- Fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
