Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support various departments with tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
