Kia Cold Lake is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will work with customers to help them find the right vehicle from our inventory of both new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering an outstanding buying experience.
What We Offer
Guaranteed minimum pay of $2,600 per month or commission, whichever is higher
Current sales team earnings:
- Average performers earn $5,000+ per month
- Top performers earn $11,000+ per month

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or used vehicle
- Build relationships and generate referrals
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with prospects and previous customers
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and manufacturer programs
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
