Nella Toronto is looking to hire an Order Picker to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our products. The Order Picker is an integral part of our warehouse environment. As orders come in from customers, the order picker handles collecting requested items quickly and accurately from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily picking activities
- Ensure all customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently
- Monitor workflow and prioritize urgent orders when needed
- Support warehouse staff on picking procedures and best practices
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
- Identify and help resolve picking errors or inventory discrepancies
- Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Time management and organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills to work well within a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks to maintain production quotas
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work safely with warehouse equipment, machinery, and products
- Strong reading skills with an emphasis on accuracy
