What You’ll Do
- Run in-home consultations
- Present pricing and solutions clearly
- Close deals and collect deposits
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups
- Submit clean, accurate job details to operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales (in-home, roofing, solar, or similar)
- Strong closing ability and confidence asking for the sale
- Competitive, performance-driven mindset
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
Compensation
- Commission-based, uncapped earning potential
- Paid on installed jobs
- Higher earnings on self-generated deals
Top performers earn six figures.
Pay: $70,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
