Kuby Renewable Energy operates a residential solar program within Costco locations and is seeking professional, confident individuals to join our in-store team.
This is a performance-driven role focused on engaging customers, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.
Earning Potential:
- Typical earnings range from $80,000 to $150,000+ annually, based on performance
- Compensation is directly tied to results, with strong performers consistently earning at the higher end of the range
- On average, representatives earn approximately $400–$600 per closed deal through booked appointments
- This channel is designed to support 200–300+ closed deals annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally engage with Costco members in-store
- Introduce and communicate the value of the solar program
- Generate interest and book qualified appointments
- Represent the brand with a high level of professionalism and consistency
