Job Summary:

We are looking for FULL TIME, PART TIME & SEASONAL servers who can start as soon as possible!
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greets guests, takes orders, enters orders into Point-of-Sale System
- Checks in with guest through meal to ensure satisfaction
- Manage any issues guests may have and resolve
- Clears tables, delivers bill, and ensures correct payment
- Monitors section and helps others to ensure a high level of service that is efficient, safe, tidy, friendly and courteous.
- Displays knowledge of menu items, wine lists and bar drinks
- Prepares condiments and menus in preparation of service
- Works buffets, dining room, banquets, BBQ's, catering events and other venue as required
- Assists with general upkeep of department during quiet times – stock/supplies, utensil preparation, organized & tidy department.
- Follow health and safety policies and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Smart Serve Certification in good standing
- Must be of legal age to service alcohol in Ontario (if applying for server-only, this is not required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and takes initiative
- Ability to lift, stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to work days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
- Valid Driver licence an asset - Access to reliable transportation
- Standard First Aid and CPR an asset
