Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Handle outbound calls for follow-ups and service promotions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling when processing payments.
- Quote and place orders for customers as well as provide them with options.
- Use POS system for customer payments
- Other general duties assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with experience in emails, POS systems and Microsoft applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products or services effectively.
- Strong typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
