Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Exterior Contractor to join our team, specializing in residential and commercial exterior projects. This role involves performing various construction and repair tasks to enhance the durability and appearance of building exteriors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with construction, carpentry, and handyman services, demonstrating proficiency with hand tools and blueprint reading. Duties
- Perform exterior construction tasks such as siding installation, window and door framing, and roofing repairs
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing to ensure exterior integrity
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for project completion
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications
- Execute general handyman duties related to exterior maintenance and repairs
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with safety standards throughout each project
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman services with a focus on exterior projects
- Familiarity with hand tools, caulking techniques, and blueprint reading is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during project execution
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial building exteriors preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
