Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and clean windows to promote a pristine environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks for prompt resolution
- Maintain detailed logs of completed cleaning duties and supplies used to ensure accountability
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to commercial environments is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with an energetic approach to completing tasks efficiently
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning schedules
