Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and trades staff
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment
Ensure all machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Enforce compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and workplace safety regulations
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce breakdowns
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment
