Overview
We own and operate Neko Drop vending machines, selling Pokemon, sports cards and other collectibles. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional shopping experiences, managing store operations, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for retail sales and customer service. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus, along with proficiency in retail tools and design software.
Duties
Key Responsibilities – Neko Drop Airport Operations
- Replenish Neko Drop vending machines across assigned airport terminals
- Ensure machines are fully stocked, clean, and visually merchandised to brand standards
- Track and update inventory levels in real time using company systems
- Transport product from designated stock rooms (T1, T3, etc.) to machines efficiently
- Perform routine machine checks (functionality, payment systems, product alignment)
- Identify and report low stock, fast-moving items, and any inventory discrepancies
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and counting incoming inventory shipments
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and machine fills
- Support periodic inventory counts and audits
- Provide basic customer support when required (refund direction, product issues)
- Coordinate with the operations team on restocking schedules and priorities
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with airport security and safety requirements (RAIC protocols)
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a RAIC card which will require a background check and applicant must not have a criminal record.
