Projet interdisciplinaire sur la bioremédiation microbienne et enzymatique des PFAS à courtes et longues chaines dans le sol et dans l’eau. Une partie portera sur la mise en échelle et la démonstration de la technologie qui sera développée en collaboration avec des partenaires industriels. La personne recrutée aura en parallèle comme responsabilité de contribuer à la gestion du groupe, la supervision des opérations du laboratoire, le mentorat des étudiants et la coordination des orientations de recherche. Elle contribuera également à la rédaction de demandes de financement, aux publications scientifiques et aux collaborations externes.

Interdisciplinary project focused on the microbial and enzymatic bioremediation of short- and long-chain PFAS in soil and water systems. A key component of the project will involve scaling up and demonstrating the developed technology in collaboration with industrial partners. In parallel, the successful candidate will contribute to group management, including supervision of laboratory operations, mentoring of graduate students, and coordination of research directions. The candidate will also be involved in writing grant proposals, publishing scientific articles, and developing external collaborations.
