RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Work in the Assembly production area, Packaging area, or Stone area (cutting, polishing, sink application, and crate building)
- Responsible for completing tasks effectively, to the quality standards required to meet our customers’ expectations.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all products, in order to be able to follow production steps required to meet the customer order requirements.
- Maintain organization in production and practice good housekeeping.
- Identify and prioritize streams of work without constant direct supervision. A strong work ethic and a desire to be “in the trenches” working with all team members to identify and implement solutions
- Supporting operations on the plant floor wherever needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Manufacturing experience is an asset!
- Good understanding of how production equipment works
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
- Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually
- Good communication and teamwork skills
