Duties
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successful sales conversions.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with market trends in technology is a plus.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
