Perfect Paws and Cat’s Cradle is a bustling pet grooming and boarding facility in Winnipeg. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch care for our furry clients and excellent service for their owners. We are currently seeking an animal lover who is also a dedicated and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities (training will be provided):
- Check in and out daycare dogs (Must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes)
- Answer phone calls and respond to text messages
- Respond to emails and update client records
- Book grooming appointments and manage schedules
- Scan and organize documents (boarding agreements, grooming waivers)
- Update inventory and process sales of raw food
- Upload photos and send client updates
- Assist with cleaning and supporting dog check-ins during slow periods
Qualifications:
- Reception experience required
- Pet industry experience preferred
- Familiar with using Mac Computers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Team Player
- Reliable
Schedule:
- 5 days, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
