Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member for a full-time, on-site position located in Whitecourt, AB. In this role, you will assist with preparing and assembling order-specific sandwiches, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. You will serve customers with exceptional hospitality, maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and restock food supplies and inventory as needed. Additionally, you will work as part of a collaborative team to provide outstanding service and support to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Basic food preparation and handling knowledge, with attention to maintaining health and safety standards
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Time management and multi-tasking abilities to complete tasks quickly and accurately
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and uphold Firehouse Subs’ brand and service standards
- Previous food service or cashier experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work on-site during assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends
