What You’ll Do
As Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of the Regina branch — leading operations, inspiring your team, and delivering results.
- Champion a high-performance sales culture that drives revenue growth
- Lead, coach, and develop a team that’s motivated, accountable, and engaged
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that build long-term relationships
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Recruit, train, and mentor top talent — building a strong, capable team
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and profitability targets
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-run operation at all times
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and elevate performance
What You Bring
You’re a confident leader who knows how to balance people, performance, and priorities.
- 5+ years of management experience (including HR, financials, and operations)
- Background in commercial tires, trucking, agriculture, construction, or industrial sectors
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
- Strong communication skills — you connect easily with both customers and employees
- Business mindset with experience in sales, inventory, and financial management
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same
- Flexibility to work extended hours during busy seasons
