Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can supervise, coordinate, and actively participate in field operations. The successful candidate will provide direction and support to crews, help maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to the successful delivery of a variety of resource and civil construction projects.
This role is well suited to someone who is technically capable, well-rounded, steady under pressure, and comfortable working with a small crew in both local and remote settings.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field activities
- Provide clear direction, support, and practical problem-solving to field crews
- Work hands-on with the crew as required
- Help plan and execute projects safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and site organization
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and crew members
- Support successful delivery of projects involving resource roads, access construction, bridges, reclamation, and civil earthworks
- Promote a respectful, productive, and accountable team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Progressive supervisory experience in resource construction, civil construction, or related field operations
- Practical understanding of resource construction methods, specifications, and field execution
- Experience with work such as resource roads, access construction, bridge construction, reclamation, or civil earthworks
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Ability to travel to and work at remote sites
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in the field
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a strong safety culture
- Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team environment
- Commitment to completing projects with attention to safety, quality, and client satisfaction

Pay: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
