We're looking for an energetic, coffee-loving Barista to join our team at Rustic Cosmo Cafe!
What You'll Be Doing:
Crafting exceptional coffee and espresso drinks. Providing friendly, memorable customer service, Keeping the cafe clean, organized, and running smoothly. Working independently during quieter shifts and collaborating with the team during busy periods Helping create the welcoming atmosphere our customers love
What We're Looking For:
✔ Coffee knowledge and barista training are a must✔ Valid Smart Serve certification required✔ Weekend availability is mandatory✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment✔ Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude✔ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated✔ Comfortable working both alone and as part of a team
Position Details:
Rustic Cosmo Cafe - open Mon to Thurs 9 til 3 Fri - Sun 9 til 4. 12–15 hours per week, day shifts ( 8 til 5 ) Must be available weekends, position starts at $17.60 plus tip pool
