Kardel is a CARF-accredited agency providing residential and day service supports in the Victoria, Sidney and Duncan area. The services Kardel provides are funded by Community Living BC.

Kardel is looking for caring and compassionate candidates to join part of a diverse team of community support workers. We have a variety of schedules and positions to suit your needs in our Victoria, Sidney, and Duncan homes.

*Casual employees receive vacation payout of 5.6% and Stat payout of 4.6% increasing their hourly wage from $25.95 an hour to $28.60 an hour
Part time employees receive stat payout of 4.6% .
