We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to Janitorial and commercial cleaning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in various environments.
Responsibilities
- Execute commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or requests promptly
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timelines while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure client satisfaction with every job
- Report any incidents or damages immediately
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple cleaning categories including janitorial, commercial, pre & post-event, pre & post-construction and carpet cleaning
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel within Toronto, GTA.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Provide criminal background check and professional references
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills for clear interaction with team members and clients
