Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, pricing strategies, and inventory management
- Implement effective merchandising and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial health of the store
- Develop sales strategies and set sales targets; monitor performance to achieve business goals
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster a motivated team
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service standards
- Coordinate purchasing decisions and oversee stock levels to optimize product availability
- Utilize organizational skills to manage schedules, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Apply negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing agreements; oversee store promotions and pricing adjustments
- Utilize marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility within the community

Experience
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated team management skills
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Skilled in negotiation, recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and marketing strategies
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills required
- Prior experience with payroll management, sales management, and customer service excellence is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity
Pay: $28.48-$35.10 per hour
