We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in various programming languages and development tools, as well as an understanding of best practices in software development. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain version control using tools such as GitHub and SVN.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Good to have XPages experience.
- Lot of experince with Server side JavaScript
- Good to have in AI Cursor or Claude Coding
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL for database management.
- Experience with web development technologies, including Python and Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems for deployment and server management.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub or SVN is a plus.
