Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets within the millwork sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively by leveraging technical sales skills.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and forecast future sales performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for strategic advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the millwork or related industry.
- Strong background in outside sales, with experience in technical or business development sales roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for account management and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a strategic approach to business development.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.

Pay: $46,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
