We are expanding our team and have immediate openings for part time/full time line cooks (shawarma maker).
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience (shawarma making)
- English is a requirement
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a food handlers certification
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Preparing food for service (e.g., preparing shawarmas, wrapping sandwiches, cutting meat, etc)
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
- Stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, flat top range and refrigeration equipment
Initial & Ongoing training is provided
