Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily on-site presence to oversee all construction activities
- Lead crews through active participation, supervision, and coordination
- Train, mentor, and develop junior workers and apprentices
- Drive performance through example, accountability, and workmanship standards
- Ensure adherence to site safety, schedule, and quality requirements
- Manage 1–2 concurrent projects, with flexibility during peak periods
Project Environment
- Focus on institutional and commercial construction and renovation (e.g., healthcare, education, public-sector facilities)
- Success in this environment requires:
- Strong professionalism and communication
- High level of safety discipline and compliance
- Ability to operate in occupied or sensitive environments
Work Schedule
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (~44 hours/week)
- Occasional weekend work required to meet deadlines when needed
