We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Operations support to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling a variety of administrative tasks including managing phone lines, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting the operations team as a whole.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail. This is what your day-to-day will look like:
Answer and screen phone calls accordingly
Answer general inquiries that clients may have (A script and information will be given to you! So not to worry!)
Monitor emails
Update client information between online platforms
Booking appointments with clients
Greeting clients/trades/visitors
Provide assistance to the operations team as needed
For us, experience is “great” but we also hire based on having a positive can-do attitude!
Nice to Have
1+ year of experience in an office environment.
1+ year of experience handling phones and or customer service

Excellent to good phone mannerisms.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
