Customer Service Representative (CSR) – High Close Rate FocusPlatinum Power Solutions Ltd.
Platinum Power Solutions is a fast-growing electrical company serving residential and commercial customers across Manitoba. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and sales-driven CSR who can confidently handle inbound leads, build trust with customers, and convert opportunities into booked work.
This is not a “sit back and answer phones” role. We want someone who is hungry, personable, quick-thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where performance matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and online requests
- Convert incoming leads into booked estimates and service calls
- Follow up on unsold quotes and open opportunities
- Schedule technicians efficiently and keep calendars organized
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Build trust with homeowners, property managers, and contractors
- Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow
- Maintain detailed notes and customer communication inside Jobber
- Help improve close rates, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
- Sales-minded with a natural ability to build rapport
- Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
- Fast learner with strong computer skills
- Experience with customer service, dispatching, or inside sales preferred
- Experience in trades, construction, or home services is a major asset
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience using Jobber or similar CRM/FSM software
- Understand residential or commercial electrical service work
- Have a proven track record of booking and closing leads
