Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing expert advice on insurance products. Duties
- Develop and execute outside sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence
- Conduct business development activities, including prospecting and networking within target markets
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Present and explain insurance products tailored to client needs, emphasizing value propositions
- Utilize marketing techniques to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support
- Engage in technical sales discussions, translating complex insurance concepts into understandable solutions for clients
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to insurance products and business growth
- Experience in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
