Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on product selection and installation options.
- Assist customers with the purchasing process from selection to final sale.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Measure spaces and provide accurate estimates and quotes.
- Follow up on sales proposals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for home improvement and design is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Reside in Edmonton and area.
