We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Change linens and make beds according to established standards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
