Duties

- Assist in the planning and execution of daily meal preparation, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation
- Dish washing.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures within the food industry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation.
