This is a commission only based position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales and retail sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Engage in marketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Analyze client needs through consultations and recommend suitable insurance products
- Present and explain policy options clearly, emphasizing benefits and coverage details
- Negotiate terms and facilitate the closing of insurance sales
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information using sales administration tools
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance services within target markets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow up with clients regularly to review coverage needs and identify opportunities for policy updates or additional products
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Customer service experience with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes and marketing strategies is a plus
- Sales administration experience is beneficial for managing client data efficiently
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate motivation, and achieve sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds
Pay: $35,500.00-$200,894.40 per year
