On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Compensation Analyst for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Senior Compensation Analyst - Job Description:
The Senior Compensation Analyst will support the Business Banking and Chief Operations Office portfolios by delivering professional research, high-quality analytics, and technical services. This role involves designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating compensation policies and programs within the bank's lines of business.
Senior Compensation Analyst - Responsibilities:
- Complete all aspects of the market intelligence process, including research, data validation, and interpretation
- Prepare detailed compensation analytics and models for cyclical and ad hoc deliverables
- Support compensation recommendations with market intelligence expertise and equity valuations
- Monitor trends in the external market
- Support the team of advisors with professional business-related research and analysis
Senior Compensation Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
- Excel Super user
- Experience with market intelligence cycles
- Supported compensation analysis
- Understanding of market intelligence data
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Senior Compensation Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- HRPA certification
- CCP designation
Senior Compensation Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract position.
