Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage outbound orders within NetSuite, ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment
- Create and maintain shipping documentation - labels, packing slips, bills of lading, tracking updates
- Monitor order status across systems, catching and resolving discrepancies proactively
- Handle return requests, credits, and refunds while tracking trends
- Act as the key liaison between the company, 3PL warehouses, logistics providers, and carriers
- Support warehouse labeling and operations as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide product guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear customer communication
- Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records
- Help build out internal knowledge base and FAQ resources based on recurring inquiries
- Analyze inventory trends, risks, and opportunities across locations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate transfers between locations
- Prepare warehouse transfers and customs documentation
- Complete weekly inventory reporting, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate inbound container shipments with freight forwarders
- Maintain an organized warehouse with strong FIFO practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and systems work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
