Overview
Western Carpet One is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant/Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve assisting customers with their design and selection needs, managing relationships with clients, and overseeing the project from quoting and estimating to site visits and installations. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in designing and selecting products for their projects.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide quotes and estimates for projects.
- Conduct job site visits and measurements as required.
- Create work orders for installations and services.
- Perform blueprint take-offs and assist with project planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team in a coordinated "up" system to manage leads and sales opportunities.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 and Saturdays 9:00-4:00 - Saturday shifts split evenly between staff (approximately 1 Saturday a month)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, project management, or a related field is not required, but considered an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
