This role is a Business Analyst / Implementation & Migration Specialist (EDM / VDR) supporting a major platform migration project at a leading North American bank. The client is replacing its current Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform with Box and is seeking a Business Analyst/Implementation Specialist to support the migration and rollout. The project involves migrating approximately 150 sites, 4,100 users, and associated data from Intralinks to Box. This is a small project team of about 5 6 members. The target go-live date is November 1, with current funding approved through October 31 (fiscal year-end). The hiring team is looking for experience with either EDM or migration projects.
- Support implementation and migration of the new Box platform.

Assist with Electronic Document Management (EDM) processes:
- Document classification - Role-based access controls (RBAC) - User permissions - Sensitivity labels - Retention and disposition policies

Participate in SaaS application migration activities.

Create end-user documentation, training materials, and "how-to" guides.

Support change management and adoption activities.

Help establish ITIL processes:
- Incident Management - Change Management - Problem Management

Provide Level 2 support, escalating complex issues to Level 3/vendor support (Box).

Work within Agile methodology:
- Epics - Features - User Stories
- Experience with Box (or other VDR is acceptable) electronic document management, permission and access controls

- The hiring team is open to candidates who may not have all the required experience if they demonstrate strong learning agility, self-starter mentality, ability to work independently, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with either EDM or migration projects.

While Box experience is ideal, the team is willing to consider candidates with strong EDM experience but limited migration experience, or strong migration experience but limited EDM exposure.

The ability to support a new application implementation, create documentation, and help drive user adoption is considered a major advantage.
