This position is full-time to handle day to day office tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a support team for several franchise stores. The position location is at the company’s head office in the east end of Ottawa.
Your key focus will be to verify purchase and invoiced orders with received inventory for pricing and quantity. Retrieving and dispersing portal, emailed documents and paper documents as received to the office. Corresponding with locations to resolve discrepancies following up for completion of requested information. Assisting those within the team.
Other tasks
· Some coordinating distribution of documents, uniforms, small wares to stores where necessary
Qualifications:
· Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
· Ability to articulate written and verbal communication skills
· Analytical and solutions oriented with attention to detail
· Able to work with minimal supervision
· Strong computer skills working with spreadsheets and other office software
· Some accounting knowledge or experience is ideal
· Experience working with multi company environment is an asset
