Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure an appealing store layout
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Manage inventory levels and assist with merchandising displays
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage cash register operations efficiently
- Promote store promotions and new products through effective communication skills
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures at all times

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales preferred

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities (English required) to serve diverse customers effectively
- Knowledge of merchandising, upselling techniques, and product demos is advantageous
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person
