BENATRA is a Canadian women's fashion boutique specializing in contemporary Korean fashion, accessories, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated team member to join our Richmond Aberdeen location.
Position: Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers with styling recommendations and product selection
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Merchandise new arrivals and maintain attractive visual displays
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales and customer service experience preferred
- Inventory control or receiving experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Ability to lift and move shipment boxes when required
Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Fluent English required
- Korean, Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
