Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Body Contouring Specialist to join our wellness and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client experiences through body contouring treatments, while also offering a range of beauty and skincare services. This role requires a professional with strong customer service skills, attention to sanitation, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The Body Contouring Specialist will contribute to creating a welcoming environment, promoting our services, and supporting retail sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform body contouring procedures with precision and care, ensuring client safety and satisfaction
- Provide complementary services such as body waxing, makeup application, nail care, eyelash extensions, and hair styling as needed
- Deliver excellent guest services by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
- Assist with product demos and educate clients on skincare and beauty products to enhance their experience
- Engage in retail sales by upselling treatments and products to meet client needs
- Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all treatments and work areas
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through personalized service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of beauty treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Ability to uphold sanitation standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is a plus
