Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Liquid Bulk Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting tankers with Eastern Ontario while ensuring the safety and timely delivery of goods. This role requires a strong commitment to compliance with all transportation regulations, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage logistics effectively.
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Air Compressor off load experience
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and cargo details as required by regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Handle loading and unloading of tanker equipment when necessary.
- Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required during loading or unloading processes.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of tanker transportation.
- Liquid bulk tanker experience a must
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in various environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.

Pay: $33.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
